The first Lemax wall-hung boilers were presented to Russian consumers in 2015. Over the nearly 10 years of work, we managed to introduce state-of-the-art technologies into production, use only high-quality components, and create a wide dealer and service network throughout Russia. Boilers have become an excellent technical solution for owners of homes and commercial premises where individual heating is arranged. Lemax wall-hung boilers can be used as the main heat source using both main and liquefied gas instead of solid fuel and diesel boilers, which have lower energy efficiency and high noise levels. Wall-hung boilers have established themselves as a reliable backup heat source when installed as a backup boiler. Working in cascade with other gas and electric boilers, Prime wall-hung boilers ensure uninterrupted operation of the entire heating system in the event of failure of the main heat source or during maintenance work.
Lemax Prime-V series wall-hung boilers are designed for heating premises for various purposes (residential buildings, cottages, and administrative buildings) fitted with a water heating system with forced circulation of the heat transfer medium, as well as for arranging hot water supply with a high performance of the HWS circuit of over 10 l/min. The series is represented by a model range from 10 to 32 kW. Two independently operating heat exchangers reduce the load on the boiler components and heating system, and the "summer-winter" operating mode allows getting hot water in the summer without using the heating circuit.
The combustion chamber is located in the Prime-V boiler body. Gas is supplied to the active combustion zone through a gas manifold and is evenly distributed among the burner sections via nozzles with calibrated holes. When the gas-air mixture burns, a large amount of heat is released, heating the water in the heat exchanger. To enhance operating efficiency, the boiler uses thermal insulation based on aluminum oxide and an inorganic binder with a thickness increased by 1.5 times. Water is circulated in the system via a built-in circulation pump, and the expansion tank compensates for heating water expansion, ensuring stable pressure in the heating system under all temperature conditions. The boiler operation is controlled by an electronic board with built-in protection for monitoring the presence of flame, vacuum, overheating, excess or decrease in heat transfer medium pressure in the heating circuit.
Constant updating of the model range of the Prime-V series wall-hung boilers offers exceptional advantages in reliability, functionality, and ease of operation and maintenance.
Prime-V boilers are tailored to Russian operating conditions. All models operate stably under conditions of gas pressure changes, and also feature a wide operating voltage range. The design of the models was developed in the company's in-house engineering center, providing for direct dialogue with service specialists and users to implement the top-end technical solutions in production.
To assemble Prime-V boilers, parts with high resource potential and components from renowned foreign manufacturers are used.
The boiler set-up process is intuitive. The user only needs to read the instruction manual to use all the equipment capabilities. The Prime-V series implements remote control connectivity through devices running Android and IOS using relay contacts.
All Prime-V models are equipped with a 845 SIGMA automatic safety device, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
The service life of the main heat exchanger is extended due to an improved design, the use of high-quality materials, and optimal thermal load. The built-in pressure sensor and relief valve protect the hydraulic system from emergency situations.
The independent heat exchanger for preparing hot water is made up of stainless steel, enhancing corrosion resistance and reducing the level of calcium deposits on internal surfaces.
The boilers are easy to maintain and repair, as they house standardized units and components, and spare parts are always available for sale on the lemax-kotel.ru website and in the company’s service centers.
For ease of use of boilers with an indirect heating tank, wall-hung boilers in a single-circuit design were developed – the Prime-V HO series, where HO stands for "heat only". Heat-only boilers are produced in the power range of 20-32 kW and 55 kW.
The boilers ignite smoothly with stable sparking due to the integrated ignition transformer. Stable operation is provided in networks with both low and high voltage in a wide range from 185 V to 245 V.
The heating circuit features two-level protection against overpressure: a built-in sensor and a relief valve. A bypass is built into the hydraulic group of the boiler of this series in order to prevent overheating in the event of excessive hydraulic resistance in the heating system. All sensors are protected from corrosion and scale. An LCD display with a detailed and intuitive interface is installed. Boilers can be converted to liquefied gas.
To reduce noise and prevent heating of the housing, continuous heat and sound insulation is used. At the same time, the lining is easily removable, which greatly facilitates maintenance. Boilers are connected to a coaxial flue with a length of no more than 4.5 m or to a separate flue with a length of up to 20 m.
The Prime-V HO series boilers can be remotely controlled using mobile devices with Android and IOS operating systems. An external thermostat can be connected to the boiler for highly accurate room temperature control.
Boilers with a power of 55 kW house a combustion chamber and a gas burner optimized for industrial operating conditions. The cast iron hydraulic manifold of the boiler circulation pump extends the service life of the equipment.
Wall-hung boilers are less susceptible to the negative consequences of abundant condensate formation, which destroys the walls of the heat exchanger at low temperatures of less than 50-60 ˚C compared to floor-standing boilers. This advantage is due to the low device inertia resulted from the use of a high-speed copper heat exchanger and an efficient gas burner.
In premises where installing a coaxial flue is impossible or undesirable (for example, buildings of historical and cultural heritage) or where there is a built-in flue, the only solution is to install a Lemax Prime-MA series wall-hung boiler.
Prime-MA atmospheric boilers can provide both heating and hot water supply. An independent heat exchanger for hot water supply circuit reduces the cost of annual maintenance, ensures temperature stability in the HWS circuit, and offers and extended service life compared to a bi-thermic heat exchanger. Prime-MA wall-hung boilers take air directly from the room and supply it to an open combustion chamber, where a gas-air mixture that ensures the combustion process is formed. The heat generated by the burner when burning the gas-air mixture is supplied to a heat exchanger made of copper. Combustion products are removed through the flue using natural draft.
The Prime-MA series boiler body incorporates the following:
· gas burner where gas and air are mixed;
· heat exchanger in which the heat transfer medium is heated;
· expansion tank to compensate for the heat transfer medium expansion when it expands excessively due to heating;
· flue gas extraction system – a pipe connecting the boiler to the flue;
· control system.
Prime-MA boilers are adjusted to gas pressure differences and can connect a Lemax monitoring and control device for monitoring and managing comfort indoors (Android and IOS). The expanded volume of the combustion chamber ensures complete combustion of gas and extends the heat exchanger service life. Double level of protection against overpressure in the heating circuit is provided by a built-in pressure sensor and relief valve. Working in systems with high hydraulic resistance excludes installing an additional pump in most cases. The extended operating voltage range allows for stable operation of the Prime-MA series boiler in networks with high and low voltage (185 - 245 V). The built-in ignition transformer ensures stable spark formation and maximum smooth ignition. The water pressure indicator on the LCD display facilitates water pressure monitoring. The reed flow sensor has a sealed contact that detects the presence of water flow, requires no regular maintenance, and ensures that the hot water supply circuit is turned on at a water flow of 2 l/min, and turned off at 1.5 l/min, enabling the use of the HWS circuit in rooms with low water pressure. A bypass is installed in the boiler manifold group, which protects the boiler elements from overheating when excessive hydraulic resistance appears in the heating system or when the heat transfer medium circulation is blocked.
