At the Aquatherm Moscow 2023 exhibition, Lemax presented a new product - gas boilers of the Omega E series. The new boiler series is the first model among energy-dependent floor-standing boilers packing an innovative heat exchanger design. The Omega E series is represented by boilers with power from 12.5 to 50 kW. The boilers feature an open combustion chamber, a steel heat exchanger with an operating pressure of up to 3 atm. The entire Omega E series of boilers is equipped with a Russian control board and an original 845 SIGMA safety automatic device. The boilers are protected against heat exchanger overheating, draft interruption, soot formation, and boiler freezing. Omega E boilers can operate in heating systems with forced and natural heat transfer medium circulation.
Thanks to the new technological solution being employed in OMEGA E boilers, we managed to reduce heating costs by up to 20% due to an increased heat exchange area by 20% compared to common-design models and a 2.5-fold increase in the number of flue exhaust channels. Additional gas consumption savings of up to 10% can be obtained by connecting a room thermostat with dry contacts or a Lemax remote monitoring and control device. Optimization of the main burner operating modes, implemented by the flame modulation function in combination with the innovative design of the heat exchanger, ensures efficient combustion of the gas-air mixture in full volume supplied to the burner, eliminating excess gas consumption typical of boilers in clocking modes. Efficient boiler operation is further achieved due to the minimum ratio of the volume of water in the boiler to the weight and area of the heat exchanger.
Mega E series boilers can also be connected with an indirect heating tank, an outdoor temperature sensor, a Lemax turbo nozzle of the Comfort series for forced removal of exhaust gases, pumps of heating and hot water supply systems. The boilers are resistant to changes of voltage (180 - 245 V) and gas pressure (6 - 25 mbar). The new ignition system installed on the boilers ensures stable ignition of the gas-air mixture. An informative color display with a text parameter description in Russian reflects the user and service settings of the boiler. In Omega E series boilers, the amount of thermal insulation material used has been increased. The unified dimensions and location of the connecting pipes provide for installing new boilers to replace the popular series of boilers: energy-dependent CLEVER and energy-independent "Premium".
