2020 will be a year of innovative developments and expansion of production capabilities for the Lemax enterprise.
In February, at the Aqua-Therm exhibition in Moscow, a presentation of a prototype of a new generation boiler of the Prestige series boiler took place, and in June mass production was successfully launched. Steel gas boilers of the Prestige series are floor-standing boilers with an improved heat exchanger design, which provides for increasing heat removal area and achieving maximum equipment efficiency. The Prestige series of boilers is available in a power range from 7.5 to 40 kW. The new-generation equipment features an open combustion chamber and a temperature of exhaust gases not exceeding 115°C. The boilers are fully energy-independent, feature a reliable 820 NOVA SIT automatic safety device, which allows connecting a Lemax turbo nozzle of the Comfort SE series, room thermostats, as well as a Lemax remote monitoring and control device for IOS and Android to the equipment.
The soft start system provides acoustic comfort at ignition. The engineering center of the Lemax enterprise has further improved the systems of protection against heat exchanger overheating, blowing, and draft interruption. Another advantage of the Prestige series boilers is the ability to connect the boiler to both a vertical and horizontal flue. For ease of boiler maintenance, removable covers of the draft stabilizer and lining are provided. Access to the main components is provided without disconnecting the boiler from the flue.
Due to the new technological solution, the Prestige boiler series provides for:
1. Reducing heating costs by up to 20%. The heat exchange area is increased by 20% compared to models of traditional design, and the number of smoke channels is 2.5 times greater, which provided for achieving maximum efficiency in all operating modes.
2. Reducing gas consumption by up to 10%. You can connect any room thermostat with dry contacts and a Lemax remote monitoring and control device to Prestige series gas boilers. In this case, the room temperature will be maintained at the set level with high accuracy and automatically.

A major event in 2020 for LEMAX was the doubling of production volumes of steel panel radiators.
On April 30, the second stage was launched at the Lemax steel panel radiator plant in Taganrog. After the launch of the new production line, the plant capacity is expected to double, i.e. to 1.2 million steel panel radiators.
The second stage enabled the company to supplement the range of radiators with new models of 200, 400 and 600 mm, and it also became possible to implement any design ideas regarding product color and texture.
Lemax plants have become one of the largest manufacturers of domestic gas boilers and steel panel radiators both in Russia and Europe.
Recall that the production of Lemax steel panel radiators has been implemented since 2018, and the plant team isn't willing to rest on its laurels. The Taganrog enterprise is constantly expanding and developing.
