      Lemax Prime-V series wall-hung boilers were introduced back in 2015. It's worth noting that, during this time, the boiler has been modernized several times, reflecting the company’s philosophy, which is ongoing movement forward. Each cumulative update incorporates the best available technologies and all the wishes of users and installation specialists. The use of a single-volume housing design consisting of easily removable panels allows for quick maintenance and repairs as necessary. For ease of monitoring the air pressure in the pneumatic compensator, the control and filling nipple is located outside the boiler body. Adding heat and sound insulation to the inner surface of the front panels made it possible to reduce the thermal impact on the cladding components and create acoustic comfort. The transition from using a mechanical pressure gauge to an electronic one, with the expansion of the software functions of the control board, made setting up the boiler intuitive and added additional degrees of protection for the boiler from emergency situations in the heating system.


      Prime-V series wall-hung boilers are designed for heating premises for various purposes (residential buildings, cottages, administrative buildings) equipped with a water heating system with forced circulation of heat transfer medium, as well as for organizing hot water supply with a high performance of the domestic hot water supply circuit – over 10 l /min, for the previous model. The series is represented by a model range from 10 to 32 kW. Two independently operating heat exchangers reduce the load on the boiler components and heating system, and the "summer-winter" operating mode allows getting hot water in the summer without using the heating circuit.
      The combustion chamber is located in the Prime-V boiler body. Gas is supplied to the working area using a burner and is evenly distributed through nozzles with a calibrated hole diameter. When fuel burns, a large amount of heat is released, which heats the water in the heat exchanger. To increase operating efficiency, the boiler uses thermal insulation based on mullite-silica fiber and an inorganic binder with a thickness increased by 1.5 times. Liquid circulation in the system is carried out through a built-in circulation pump and the previously mentioned expansion tank to compensate for the thermal expansion of heating water. The boiler is controlled by the NORDGAS electronic control board with built-in protection for monitoring the presence of flame, backdraft, overheating, excess or decrease in heat transfer medium pressure in the heating circuit.

      Constant improvement of the Prime-V series wall-hung boilers gives them exceptional advantages:

      Adaptation to Russian operating conditions. The boilers operate stably under conditions of gas pressure drops and also have a wide operating voltage range. The models were designed in the company’s in-house engineering center.

      High-quality components. To assemble Prime-V boilers, parts from recognized European manufacturers such as POLIDORO, SIT, NORDGAS, Valmex, WILO, Grundfos are used.

      Unified units and components. The equipment is easy to maintain and repair. Spare parts are always available for sale.

      Acoustic comfort. Improved sound insulation and reduced aerodynamic noise.

      Simple controls. The boiler set-up process is intuitive. The user only needs to read the instruction manual to use all the equipment capabilities. The Prime-V series implements the ability for remote control via Android and IOS devices using the OpenTherm protocol.

      Reliability in operation. The service life of the heat exchanger is increased due to the improved design, the use of high-quality materials and optimal thermal load. The built-in pressure sensor and relief valve protect the hydraulic system from emergency situations.

      Easy maintenance. The independent heat exchanger for preparing hot water is made of stainless steel and has a developed heat exchange surface. This increases corrosion resistance and reduces the formation of calcium deposits on internal surfaces.

      The boilers are equipped with 845 SIGMA automatic safety devices from the SIT Italian concern, which is an unconditional symbol of quality and reliability.
      For ease of use of boilers with an indirect heating tank, wall-hung boilers in a single-circuit design were developed – the Prime-V HO series, where HO stands for "heat only". Heat-only boilers are mass-produced in the power range of 20-32 kW.

      Wall-hung boilers are less susceptible to the negative consequences of abundant condensate formation, which destroys the walls of the heat exchanger at low temperatures less than 50-60°C, compared to floor-standing boilers. This advantage is due to the low device inertia resulted from the use of a high-speed copper heat exchanger and an efficient gas burner.

      Due to the high demand for wall-hung boilers with the ability to connect with heated floors and other elements of the heating system operating in low-temperature conditions, the Prime-C24 condensing boiler model was developed and put into mass production.

      A condensing gas boiler, just like a regular boiler, heats the heat transfer medium using a gas burner. Its fundamental difference from standard boilers is the possibility of using the latent heat of vaporization. When the exhaust gases are cooled, the "dew point" temperature is reached and the liquid condenses on the walls of the built-in economizer, releasing the energy that is used to preheat the heat transfer medium.

      The key advantage of condensing boilers is their increased efficiency. A condensing boiler uses not only combustion heat, but also heat that is removed into the flue during operation of traditional boilers.

      Innovative technology for using heat gives condensing boilers a number of additional advantages:

      - High power. Condensing boilers operate with up to 110% efficiency. This is a value that at first glance seems fantastic from a physical point of view, but is easily understandable from a mathematical point of view. The fact is that this is achieved by bringing various indicators to a common denominator, for ease of comparison between a traditional and a condensing boiler.

      - Cost-effectiveness. Fuel consumption in a condensing boiler is way less than in a traditional one; over the course of a season, the difference can be up to 20-35%.

      - Low noise level.

      - Eco-friendliness. The condensing boiler is fitted with a modern gas burner device with complete pre-mixing of gas/air with a stable value in all operating modes, up to deep power modulation of 1 to 10.

      The condensing boiler consists of the following structural elements:

      - closed combustion chamber with dual heat exchanger made of stainless steel;

      - independent second stainless steel heat exchanger for hot water supply;

      - expansion tank;

      - blower fan and mixer;

      - boiler control unit.

      - hydraulic unit with modulation pump.

      Returning to the design of the main heat exchanger, it is important to note that, unlike traditional boilers, condensing boilers are equipped with an additional heat exchanger, in which the process of cooling the exhaust steam and the formation of condensate occurs. Since condensate is an aggressive liquid that can cause corrosion, the walls of the second heat exchanger are made of stainless materials.

      In premises where installing a coaxial flue is impossible or undesirable (for example, buildings of historical and cultural heritage) or where there is a built-in flue, the only solution is to install a Lemax Prime-MA series wall-hung boiler.

      Prime-MA atmospheric boilers are capable of providing both heating and hot water supply. An independent heat exchanger for hot water supply circuit reduces the cost of annual maintenance, ensures temperature stability in the HWS circuit, and offers and extended service life compared to a bi-thermic heat exchanger. Prime-MA wall-hung boilers take air directly from the room and supply it to an open combustion chamber, where a gas-air mixture that ensures the combustion process is formed. The heat generated by the burner when burning the gas-air mixture is supplied to a heat exchanger made of copper. Combustion products are removed through the flue using natural draft.

      The Prime-MA series boiler body incorporates the following:

      - a gas burner in which gas and air are mixed;

      - a heat exchanger, inside of which the heat transfer medium is heated;

      - an expansion tank to compensate for the expansion of the heat transfer medium when it expands excessively due to heating;

      - a flue gas exhaust system – a pipe connecting the boiler to the flue;

      - control system.

      Prime-MA boilers are adjusted to gas pressure differences, have the ability to connect the Lemax monitoring and control device together with the Lemax OpenTherm module for monitoring and managing comfort in the home (Android and IOS). The expanded volume of the combustion chamber ensures complete combustion of gas and extends the heat exchanger service life. Double level of protection against overpressure in the heating circuit is provided by a built-in pressure sensor and relief valve. Working in systems with high hydraulic resistance excludes installing an additional pump in most cases. The extended operating voltage range allows for stable operation of the Prime-MA series boiler in networks with high and low voltage (185 - 245 V). The built-in ignition transformer ensures stable spark formation and maximum smooth ignition. The water pressure indicator on the LCD display facilitates water pressure monitoring. Reed flow sensor: A sealed contact detects water flow presence, does not require regular maintenance, and ensures that the hot water supply circuit is turned on at a water flow of 2 l/min, and turned off at 1.5 l/min, providing for the use of the HWS circuit in rooms with low water pressure. A bypass is installed in the boiler manifold group, which protects the boiler elements from overheating when excessive hydraulic resistance appears in the heating system or when the heat transfer medium circulation is blocked.
      Lemax Prime-V, Prime-V HO, and Prime-MA series wall-hung boilers can be converted to liquefied gas.

      Lemax wall-hung boilers are a combination of Russian steel, European components, advanced technological solutions and an impeccable reputation of the enterprise. 

      Thanks to the built-in OpenTherm protocol, it is possible to organize the operation of boilers in a cascade.

      The Lemax enterprise has also developed budget LMX wall-hung boilers of the Start series, preserving the basic functions of the boiler. These models are presented in a power range from 10 kW to 24 kW. The boilers have a closed combustion chamber, so they can operate through a coaxial flue.

      - has the ability to connect a room thermostat to accurately adjust the temperature in the room;

      - silent;

      - features an easily removable housing, allowing quick access to internal units and components.
